The screw is manufactured from A2 stainless steel for highly exposed environments such as marine settings. Fitted with TX-drive/bits. The screw has two fibre cuts. This means a very low drive-in torque in harder materials and minimises splitting. On screws longer than 160 mm, there is an additional fibre cut directly after the usual wood thread, this is to facilitate installation of longer and thicker screws. The head is equipped with six cutting grooves that countersink the head, leaving a smooth finish without splinters. The screw conforms to the CE requirement as per EN14592.
Application
ESSVE’s Wood screw with two fibre cuts is intended for most installation work in particle boards, wood, plastic, plug, etc.
