The screw is produced in hardened carbon steel with a C4 class Silver CorrSeal surface treatment. Fitted with a hex-head. The screw has a Ø14.0 mm flange head on all dimensions except Ø 4.8 mm with a flange head of Ø 10.0 mm. The screw is self-drilling and tapping.
Application:
ESSVE’s Self-drilling screw without a bonded washer is designed to install sheet-metal on beams, light beams, etc., in both the indoors and outdoors.
Assembly:
A screwdriver with adjustable depth stop should be used for quick and efficient installation. Recommended rpm: 1200-2200/min.
